The registration is closed.

Registration will still be possible after that date but the payment will be asked on site at the registration desk using a credit card. Payments at the registration desk will be possible only on Monday 7th morning and afternoon, Tuesday 8th morning, and Wednesday 9th morning.

This page provides registration information for the Eurographics 2014 main conference only. Please make sure that you register for the co-located events that you also want to visit.

The on-line registration to the EG'2014 conference is managed by the congress service of Strasbourg University, in case of trouble you should contact the support: congres@unistra.fr. Please make sure to read the information below before to proceed.

Note that the EG'2014 registration does not include an automatic registration to the Eurographics Association. You are advised to visit the EG registration page to become a member of EG and benefit from the mentioned reduced prices. For information purposes, the actual fees to join the EG association are: 70€ for senior memberships and 35€ for student ones.

EG'2014 categories and package information

Conference

Conference registration includes access to all conference sessions and all tutorials, to the Welcome Reception and to the Conference Dinner. The fee also includes all conference digital media, coffee breaks and lunches.

Student

Student registration is a Conference registration at a discounted rate for students (including Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, digital media, coffee breaks and lunches). A valid student ID card has to be uploaded in the Personal details form. The student ID card also will have to be shown at the registration desk at the conference. In case no student card copy is provided, the discounted fees will not be applied and the difference will be charged at the registration desk.

Big Buddy

Big Buddy registration includes one Conference registration for a supervisor and two Student registrations. If the EG member price is selected, all three participants have to be EG members. For each student registration, a scanned copy of a valid student ID card have to be uploaded during the registration procedure. The student ID card also will have to be shown at the registration desk at the conference. In case no student cards copies are provided, the discounted fees will not be applied and the difference will be charged at the registration desk.

Please proceed as follows for the Big Buddy registration:

1. The supervisor registers first with "EG members - Big buddy" or "Non EG member - Big buddy" status. The supervisor must carefully keep his registration file number, appearing on the registration confirmation page ("reference dossier"), and provide the two students with it. By the next working day after registration, the supervisor will receive by email a link to a specific registration form to share with his/her two students.
2. Each supervised student then proceeds with his/her own registration using the link provided in the email sent to the supervisor (students should not register using the standard registration form). In the Personal details form, students have to provide the registration file number of their supervisor ("Your Big Buddy's file number" field). For each student registration, a scanned copy of a valid student ID card has to be uploaded in the Personal details form. Note that these student registrations may include additional fees, at the charge of the students, depending on whether they want or not to purchase additional Conference Dinner tickets and/or a urban transportation pass.

Opening Ceremony and Fast Forward

The Eurographics 2014 Opening Ceremony including the presentation of the Eurographics 2014 Awards will be held Monday, April 7th in the late afternoon and will be followed by the Fast Forward presentation of all papers.

Welcome Reception

The Eurographics 2014 “Welcome Reception” will take place on Monday, April 7th after the opening ceremony. Drinks and a meal will be served. This reception is included in all packages.

Conference Dinner

The Eurographics 2014 Conference Dinner will take place in the evening of Thursday, April 10th. This event is included in all packages.

Coffee-breaks and Lunches

Coffee-breaks (Monday-Friday) and lunches (Monday-Thursday) are included with all packages.
